You're So Sweet!!

Happy Wednesday!! It looks to be another glorious, but hot day here in FL (just like I like it!!) Hoping the weather is calming down around the rest of the States.

Today, 7 Kids has another awesome new Challenge:

Flowers or Showers

I decided to go with Flowers!!

I used Tilda with Ice Cream on this Scalloped Easel Card. Ice Cream is perfect for a day like today!!

Follow this link for instructions on making this scalloped easel card. The sentiment is from a PTI set and the DP is from Memory Box. I airbrushed the heart doily with some R83 Copic Marker. It's a bit hard to tell, but I added lots of Stickles to the flowers and the lower portion of her ice cream. The top part of her ice cream has Glossy Accents added to it.

Here is the inside of the card. I left the pink panel for writing on.
Copics used:
Skin - E11, 00, 000, R30
Hair - E57, 35, 53, 50
Clothes - R85, 83, 81, G24, 21, 20, YG00, C3, 1
Accessories - Y21, 26, E37, 35

We would love for you to play along, just make sure you use a stamp that 7 Kids carries!! Can't wait to see what you make!

Mother's Day Wishes

Happy Tuesday, y'all!! I have been bitten by the creative bug and have been cranking out all sorts of new cards the past few days!!! YAY! Yesterday, I madethe 3 Mother's Day cards for my family (My Mom, My MIL and my Grandmother In Law). I hope they love them! I am so glad to get these done so early. I am really trying to get on the ball and have stuff done early these days.

I am really stuck on Tilda with Flowing Hair right now. I need more Maggies... (could have stopped right there and all of y'all would have understood) ....with flowers, baskets, etc. Maybe I need the Tilda with Cherries image or some other new ones....Always room for new Maggies in my opinion. It is a sickness, I think - 'Magnolia-itis' I think we shall call it!! LOL!! Oh well 7 Kids has great prices and super fast shipping to feed my need!

I created the background using Circle Nesties, my Copic ABS and some post it notes. I also airbrushed the doily and then layered Tilda on top of it all. I stacked lots of punched leaves and some pearl spray (Hobby Lobby wedding section) to finish it off!!
Here is a close-up. I used these Copics:
E11, 00, 000, R30, Y26, 21, 11, 00, 0000, E37, 35, 33, 30, R5, 3, 1, YG97, 95, 93, E57, 35, 53, 50, B21, G24,

Supplies:
Stamps - Tilda with Flowing Hair, Sentiment (Great Impressions)
Paper - cardstock (SU), Porcelain DP (Basic Grey)
Ink - Memento, Copics
Accessories - Stickles, Copic ABS, Nestabilities, Fern Punch, doily, DooHickey leaf die (Magnolia), Flowers (Prima and WOC), Pearl Spray (HL), Leaf punch (Martha Stewart)

Thinking of You Tilda

Happy Monday everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. We had a nice Easter ourselves. I have a new card to share with you. I had to make a bereavment card as my huband's Uncle died suddenly last week. He was so loved and will truly be missed!! Love you Uncle Pooky! This card was made for my hubby's Aunt.

I really have a hard time with Bereavement cards. I like to use 'Thinking of You' verses 'Sorry for Your Loss' sentiments. I chose Tilda with Flowing Hair for this card.

The papers are from Memory Box (Jubilee) and the cardstock is PTI. I used Nestabilities to cut the panels behind Tilda, Doohickey Dies for the tall leaves and the tag. I sponged some PTI ink around the edges of the tag. The small leaf punch is Martha Stewart and the Fern Punch can be found here. The flowers are from WOC and Prima. I added tons of Stickles to the flowers and to the flowers in Tilda's basket.
Here is a close-up of Tilda
I used these Copics on her:
E11, 00, 000, R30, E37, 35, 33, 30, E57, 35, 53, 50, BG15, 13, 11, 10, YG97, 95, R32, 35

Supplies:
Stamps - Tilda with Flowing Hair, Sentiment (Inkadinkadoo)
Paper - Memory Box, PTI
Ink - Memento, Copics
Accessories - Stickles, Nestabilities, Fern Punch, Flowers (Prima), DooHickey Dies (leaf and tag), MS leaf punch

Happy Friday y'all!! I am posting 2 times this week!! Whoop Whoop! Ok, so I cheated a bit and made 2 cards Tuesday with the same papers and stamps.
I also used the Fairy Tale Butterfly image and a birthday sentiment from CC Designs. The DP is from MME's Summer Song pack from about a year ago. It is very bright and a little out of my comfort zone, but I am working with it!! I added Stickles to the butterfly and the flowers.

Copics used: E11, 00, 000, R20, Y38, 35, 32, Y0000, R37, 35, 33, 31, 30, E57, 55, 53, 50

Here is b.day card #2. I used Tilda with Small Gift for this one.
I used Tilda with Small Gift along with some Kioshi from Basic Grey. I distressed the edges of all of the papers. I used these Copic Markers: E11, 00, 000, R20, G24, 21, 20, V06, 04, 00, E57, 55, 53, 50
