Hugs and Kisses Tilda

Good Wednesday Morning to ya! I am off to the airport in a bit to pick up my inlaws who are flying in from Philly, so I will make this post a quick one!

I made another Valentine's card today using Tilda with Letter. I went with a vintage-y look today - not something I do very often. I am steppin' out of my comfort zone and using more blues as well.
I will let you in on a little secret....the papers are actually Christmas papers! LOL - I know you won't tell anyone! They are from the MME Signature Christmas stack and the cardstock is the coordinating Bazzill matches. The sentiment is from PTI. I used Heart Nestabilities, Distress Ink, my favorite fern punch, Copics and lots of flowers (WOC) on this card. Tilda and the sentiment are popped up with 3-D foam tape.
Tilda was colored with these Copics:
Skin - E11, 00, 000, & R30
Hair - E57, 55, 53, & 50
Clothes - BG72, 45, 11, and 10, B24 & 29
Letter - E42, 41, 40 & R37

Supplies:
Stamps - Tilda with Letter, sentiment(PTI)
Paper - MME Signature Christmas DP, Cardstock (Bazzill)
Ink - Memento, Copics, Distress Ink
Accessories - Nestabilities, Fern Punch, Ink Blending Tool, 3-D Foam Tape

Will You Be Mine?

Happy Tuesday, Peeps! I have been busy this morning cleaning house as my in-laws arrive tomorrow from Philly. They got snowed in on Sunday and could not get here before tomorrow. Glad we don't deal with snow here in FL! It has been very chilly this winter, though.

I have a new Valentine card to share with you using Valentine Tilda.
I pulled out some old SU DP for this card. Tilda was colored with Copics and cut out. I used a new large Oval Nestie die to layer her (Got these new for Christmas - yay!!) The pink panel behind Tilda was airbrushed using R32 Copic Marker and my Copic Airbrush System(ABS).
Here is a close-up of Tilda. I used the following Copics to color her:
Hair - E59, 57, 55, 53, 50
Skin - E11, 00, 000 and R30
Clothes - BG49, 13, 11, 10, 0000, R20, E43, 41, & 40

Supplies:
Stamps - Valentine Tilda (Magnolia Stamps), Sentiment (PTI)
Paper - cardstock & DP (SU)
Ink - Memento, Copics
Accessories - Copic ABS, Nestabilities, Fern Punch, Heart Border Punch (Martha Stewart), Flowers (WOC)

Happy Wednesday, y'all!! Only 3 more days until Christmas!! I still have a few things to wrap, but I am pretty much ready. I do have to admit, I did not get a family Christmas card out this year. I have really beat myself up over it, but I am going to have to let it go this year and just schedule to have them taken in September 2011!!

Before I go any further, I have to wish one of my best friends a Happy Birthday....So,

Happy Birthday, Bev!!
I hope you have a fantastic day!

Challenge # 11 over at 7 Kids College Fund is today and the theme is:

So, I made this little birthday card for Bev using the Tilda with Wedding Gifts stamp. This is one of my favorite stamps because it is so versatile! It is great for birthdays, Christmas, Weddings, etc.
I used some Basic Grey Nook and Pantry DP along with some SU cardstock. The sentiment is from Amy R Stamps. Tilda was cut out using the Deckled Nesties. I sponged some So Saffron ink around the edges of the image. The sentiment was punched using 2 different SU punches. I airbrushed the flower with some Y26 Copic marker and my Copic Airbrush System.
I used the following Copics:
Skin - E11, E00, E000, R30 & R20
Hair - E57, E55, E53, E50
Clothes - Y26, Y21, Y11, Y000, R05, R02, R01, E37, E35, E33 and E31
Presents - same as clothes and G20, G11, and G21
Shadow - W3, W1, W00, Colorless Blender

Mini Maggie's Card Set

Happy Monday, y'all! I am really wishing someone from the North would shut the door - it's COLD in FL!! It got into the low 20's/upper teens last night! The high today was 44! Eeek!

My Maggie MINI'S arrived last week and I have never busted anything out and inked it up so quick! I think they were mounted and inked up within a few hours of donning my doorstep! I made a set of 3 mini cards with envelopes for a cute giftset.
The cards measure 3.75 x 3.75 and fit perfect in the 4x4 square envelopes from PTI. I am still in love with this Wonderful Winter DP from MME - I can't get enough of it! The sentiment is from a PTI set.
Here is Christmas Party Tilda
Here is Tilda with Wreath
This one is Tilda with Fir

I will be adding this set of 3 to my Etsy store soon!

Stay warm and stamp, y'all! I will be baking all day tomorrow - lots of yummy treats!
