Hello there!! I am BAAAAACCCCKKKKK!! Did ya miss me? I took a break to focus on my family, Etsy Store and to try to just keep up with the everyday stuff!
I am back to show you some new tags that I will be featuring in my store for 2012!
I used Shy Kiki LaRue from CC Designs for my card. Something about her clothes just screams school! I decided to make a matching Post-It Note Holder to go with my card. These are super-simple to make using a binder clip, some cardstock, ribbon, post-it notes and a coaster. I used SU cardstock and Paper Studio DP.
I used these Nesties to cut her out. I used Copics to color Kiki and blue ink to distress the edges of the stamped image.
I stamped these images using some Black Soot Distress Ink

I used a notepad from PTI for the inside and some 'vintage' Basic Grey papers on the outside. I used Nesties to cut out the title which I created on my PC and distressed it with some Fired Brick Distress Ink to distress all of the edges. I added a poinsetta flower, leaf, pom pom ribbon and pearl brad for embellishments.
Here are the Copics used: E11, 00, 000, R30, R39, 37, 35, 32, E42, 41, 40, E59, 57, 55, 53. I added some Stickles to Tilda's hat and lace on her top. Here is a quick peek at the inside of the planner.
These series of mermaids are adorable and I love them! 7 Kids carries the whole line of these bathing beauties!! I colored Pearl with Copics, cut out and added Stickles to her tail. I airbrushed the doily with B05 Copic Marker and then added some Glimmer Mist to it for some shimmer. I then smeared on some MudPuddles sand and added some seashells! The sentiment was computer generated and punched out distressed along with all of the other papers and popped it up.Magnolia Stamps - Winner Takes All Pre-order now in the store!!! These are sooo cute!
This is So Spooky Tilda. She is out of stock at the moment, but I am sure Tab will be getting her back in stock soon. I colored her with Copics and cut her out. She is popped up on top of the doily I sponged with orange and black distress ink. I used 2 different Martha Stewart punches: drippy goo and spooky picket fence. The picket fence is hard to find, but this is a good substitute.
Here is the side view of the sentiment. I stamped them with black distress ink and cut them out. They were sponged with purple and black distress ink and popped up with 3-D tape.

I decided we all need a little more ice cream in our lives, so I used Ice Cream Birgitta from CC Designs. This super yummy paper is Hello Luscious from Basic Grey (my new favorite!) I distressed all of the edges of the paper with this tool. Quick, easy and adds lots of texture and dimension! I embossed the teal panel behind Birgitta with a Swiss Dots embossing folder. I added some Stickles to her ice cream and the flowers.

This is Hawaiian Birgitta. I love these stamps! They are so easy to color and cute! I used some delicious new paper from Basic Grey - Hello Luscious. This paper is simply yummy! I layered lots of flowers and leaf punches on this simple layout. I cut the image out and layered it with some Nesties.
Copics used:
I added Stickles to the cake, flowers and around the edges of the stamped image and sentiment. I computer generated the sentiment as I have lost my beloved stamp that had the same sentiment. I think I might have accidentally thrown it out. It was an acrylic stamp, so it probably got lost in the shuffle and ended up in the trash by accident. I punched lots of red and blue leaves and added WOC flowers.
